Product Description: The high-speed double-layer spool type wrapping machine is built for precise dual-layer cable insulation wrapping in a single pass. Its high-rigidity frame and dual synchronous reel structure deliver uniform overlap rate, no gap and no wrinkles. An independent dual servo constant-tension system keeps tension stable from full reel to empty reel without manual adjustment, while PLC touch screen control supports S/Z bidirectional switching with stepless pitch and overlap adjustment and parameter memory.
