Product Description: The high-speed double-layer spool type wrapping machine is built for precise dual-layer cable insulation wrapping. Adopting a high-rigidity frame and dual synchronous reel structure, it achieves uniform overlap, no gap and no wrinkles in a single pass. An independent dual servo constant-tension system maintains stable tension from full reel to empty reel, and the PLC touch screen supports S/Z bidirectional switching with stepless pitch and overlap adjustment.
